It’s called pink bubbles and has a great colour scheme of pinks, yellows, oranges and a white content area. This theme uses a 3 column layout with the content in the middle with navigation either side of it. This theme uses rounded corners around each section so it’s very unique and cleverly designed as well as coded as its xhtml and css valid giving the best performance from the search engines.

I think the header it this themes best feature as it looks very professional and suits this themes name perfect! The title is in bubbles with three colourful stripes making it stand out and adding a touch of colour to the theme.
