For the most part, it’s true, particularly if you consider how they came about. In the United States, reverse mortgages have been around for some 20 years and they were created when the American Associated of Retired Persons lobbied the US Congress to come up with a financial product that would allow seniors to stay in their homes as long as possible. It took awhile for the product to catch the attention of the public. According to Cathy Jett who wrote an article for a Virginia newspaper, reverse mortgages have been gaining popularity only in the last three years.
At its most basic level, a reserve mortgage is a loan that a homeowner takes out on his house. American laws dictate that the homeowner must be 62 years and older, own his house and live there for majority of the time. When they apply for a reverse mortgage, the amount they receive will depend on their age, the interest rates in effect at the time of their application and the value of their house. The applicant has the choice of receiving the loan in one lump sum, in monthly instalments, in the form of a line of credit or as a combination of the first three options.

Borrowing money is not the hardest thing to do. I was with my cousin to make loans from a lender last week. He brought with him his bank statements, employment records, and homeowner documents. He just fill out the application form then presented all the requirements that are needed.
He applied for secured personal loans in which he placed his house as a collateral. Though he was given options of debt consolidation loans. The application was so smooth that he has to wait for a couple of weeks for the approval. I’ve seen the smile of my cousin as we went out of the lender’s building.

Storage networking has long been a scary word for many IT pros. They talk about the fact that it’s too complex, too expensive, and it requires more planning and more management than they have time to deal with. But wait - is that for a Fibre Channel SAN or an iSCSI SAN? I contend that all of those arguments are true for FC, but not so much so for iSCSI.
Storage networking is a scary word for IT pros. Talking about the fact of the complexity and costly. Also it requires extensive planning and wide management than they spend time to deal with. However, Is that for the iSCSI SAN? Without a doubt , all those arguments are true bt not much for iSCSI.
iSCSI has started to be more widely accepted due to the low cost of Ethernet and the embedded knowledge of IP networking. The storage networking will continue to have positive connotatin to people. When it comes to iSCSI, Siafu software has come into existence. For better encryption, and for data safety, and for storage consolidation, you can count on it.
